All artworks, images, and content displayed on this website are the exclusive property of Aziza Art. Purchasing an artwork does not grant reproduction rights. No artwork or content may be copied, reproduced, or distributed without prior written consent.

ORIGINALITY OF ARTWORKS
Each painting is original and one-of-a-kind unless otherwise noted (e.g., limited edition prints).

SALES POLICY
All sales are final. Due to the unique and handcrafted nature of the work, returns or exchanges cannot be accepted. Please review all details before completing your purchase.

PAYMENTS
All payments must be made in full at the time of purchase. Pricing is subject to change without notice, but confirmed orders will not be affected.

DAMAGED SHIPMENTS
If your artwork arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours with photos. We will work with you to resolve the issue on a case-by-case basis.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
Aziza Art is not responsible for delays due to weather conditions or holidays hours of the shipping carriers, damage during transit beyond reasonable control, or misuse of the artwork after delivery.

COLOURS
Discrepancies in color of the product, shown on the website and color of the original product are possible due to technical conditions, like the different color settings of computers and monitors.

PROPRIETARY RESERVATIONS
The shipped goods remain the property of the seller until the customer’s full payment has been received.
